Digital Bricks Learning was awarded Small Business of the Year at the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce Annual Business Awards on 9th March 2023
Digital Bricks, the digital training and learning design company, has been awarded the prestigious Small Business of the Year Award at the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce Annual Business Awards held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. The company has been recognised for its outstanding performance, expertise and commitment to creating a dynamic workforce through its innovative approach to digital training.
“Winning Small Business of the Year is testament to our dedication to professional development and our mission to enhance training and development with digital technology”, said Chris Sheridan, Managing Director of Digital Bricks.
The Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce is the top business organisation in Edinburgh, working with the City Council and the business community to establish a clear strategy and vision for the city. The 2023 Awards theme was “Think Local, Act Global”, reflecting Edinburgh’s status as a hub for world-renowned brands and companies that bring in investment and make it an attractive place to live, work, and visit.
The judges of the award were impressed by Digital Bricks’ wide range of expertise, as well as their exciting projects and strong financial performance. They liked the company’s innovative ‘bitesized’ approach to learning and training and their recruitment based on individual strengths and providing flexible working arrangements. The judges also commended Digital Bricks’ Train the Trainer initiative and their internal continuous professional development.
