At Digital Bricks Learning, we are committed to cultivating an environment of equality, diversity, and inclusion. We recognise that our strength lies in the diversity of our people, and we are dedicated to creating a workplace where everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and where individual differences are valued.

This policy applies to all employees, associates, clients, and partners of Digital Bricks Learning.

Our Commitment

Equality: We ensure equal opportunities for all staff, associates, clients and learners, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or belief. Decisions regarding recruitment, promotion, training, and benefits are based solely on individual qualifications, performance, skills, and experience. We take great care to assure that learners are given the right tools and adjustments needed to be able to equitably access and engage in our sessions and in our learning resources.

Diversity: We value the different perspectives and experiences that a diverse workforce and a diverse range of learners brings. We are committed to maintaining a diverse environment that reflects the communities we serve and where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic selves to work and to the learning environment.

Inclusion: We strive to create an inclusive culture where all staff, associates and learners feel valued, included, and able to contribute to their fullest potential. We encourage open communication, collaboration, and the sharing of ideas and perspectives.


Recruitment and employment: Recruitment procedures will be inclusive and non-discriminatory. We will provide training and development opportunities to staff and associates, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to grow and advance.

Training and development: We provide specialist culture and inclusion training to a wide range of working environments, which is regularly peer reviewed and updated. Our staff and associates have access to this training, in order to raise awareness and foster a more inclusive work environment.

Work environment: We will maintain a work environment free from discrimination, harassment, and bullying. Any such behaviour will be addressed promptly and effectively.

Accessibility: We are committed to making our workplace and e-learning platforms accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities.

Responsibility: Every member of Digital Bricks Learning is responsible for upholding this policy. Managers have an additional responsibility to lead by example and ensure their teams adhere to these principles.

Monitoring and Review: We will regularly monitor and review our practices and this policy to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Reporting Concerns: Staff, associates and clients are encouraged to report any incidents of discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.
