Participants will learn about the different types of dyslexia, and the assistive technologies and strategies that can help them.

ADHD and ADD Awareness

Overview This course will explore the symptoms of ADHD/ADD, and its impact on employee performance, wellbeing and concentration levels. Participants will learn about the different types of ADHD/ADD and strategies that can help the individual and the team they are working with in creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.

Age Diverse Teams

Overview Creating and leading age-diverse teams can present unique challenges and opportunities, and this course will explore the principles of effective team management, communication, and collaboration, with a focus on age- diverse teams. The course will cover thoughtful and practical strategies for effectively managing age-diverse teams to increase team happiness and productivity.

Autism and Neurodiversity

Overview This course will take participants on a step-by-step journey through what it means to have autism and how that can impact communication, social interaction, imagination and behaviour. We will look at strategies and techniques to support those with an autism diagnosis. Learning objectives
